1. What ClipIt Is
ClipIt is a mobile app for sharing short video clips and feedback through conversations. Athletes, coaches, trainers, teams, parents, and other users can upload and review video, exchange messages, and add comments, drawings, and voice notes.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate profile information and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of videos, messages, comments, drawings, voice notes, and other content you submit through ClipIt ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to share it.
To operate ClipIt, you grant ClipIt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and process your User Content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
4. Copyright and Content Permissions
You may upload only content that you own or have permission to share.
5. Videos of Other People
You must have appropriate permission before uploading or sharing video that shows or identifies another person. This includes athletes, students, and minors. If you upload content involving minors, you represent that you have authority from a parent, guardian, coach, or organization to do so and that the use complies with applicable laws.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ClipIt to:
- violate any law or regulation
- harass, threaten, abuse, or exploit others
- share content you do not have rights to share
- upload illegal, harmful, or sexually exploitative material
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service
ClipIt may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Community Standards
We want ClipIt to be a respectful and helpful community. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, are unlawful, abusive, or that may harm other users or the ClipIt service.
8. Coaching and Feedback Disclaimer
ClipIt provides tools for communication and video review. Feedback shared in the app comes from users, not from ClipIt. ClipIt does not provide coaching, medical, legal, or professional advice, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of any feedback.
9. Beta and TestFlight
ClipIt may be offered as a beta or TestFlight release. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Beta software may contain errors and may not perform as expected.
10. Service Changes
ClipIt may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including push notifications, messaging, storage limits, and onboarding messages. ClipIt does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
11. Ideas and Feedback to ClipIt
If you send suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback about ClipIt, you grant ClipIt the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
12. Termination
You may stop using ClipIt at any time. ClipIt may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users and the service.
13. Limitation of Liability
ClipIt is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipIt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for User Content or actions of other users.
